Let’s Build Together
Jesus Accepts Me
Romans 15:7 Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
Church Leaders
Are you a church leader looking to stretch and grow your congregation? Each church’s needs are different. What may work for one won’t work for another. However, the end goal is the same: creating a church where every person and every family can fully belong.
Why partner with JAM Agency?
A collaboration with JAM Agency will help to determine your church’s needs, devise a plan, and implement strategies that foster genuine inclusion. When your church values every member, it truly reflects the heart of Jesus and encourages a deeper sense of purpose and community.
Families & Individuals

Whether you need guidance on starting the conversation or someone to step in as your advocate, we are here to support you. You deserve a church community where you are not just accommodated, but welcomed, supported, and valued.
Children
Siblings are soldiers! Siblings of an individual with disabilities need more acknowledgement. Parents always do their best to balance their children's needs. But do the siblings of someone with a disability really understand what is going on, or accept that their life is different with no questions? These young children become supporters of a cause solely out of love for their brother/sister and family. But under all the support and love, their minds are working to understand why life looks different. For parents, this can be a tough topic to navigate.
To help, I have written a children's book, Penelope and Phillip's New Way to Play. This story promotes understanding and acceptance by illustrating a young girl's journey to comprehend her brother's autism diagnosis. While the boy in the story has autism, the message can easily extend to any disability. Inside, you'll find resources for parents and teachers to encourage love, acceptance, and advocacy. It is available here on Amazon.
A faith-based resource will be available here in March 2026 to connect Penelope and Phillip's journey with scripture. This resource is ideal for youth leaders in small groups, classes, or one-on-one settings, helping children see how God's teachings align with themes of understanding and acceptance. The countdown to your additional free faith-based resource starts now!
Stay tuned to see what else is in store for Penelope and Phillip as they travel in April to the park for an adventure!
